Our Quick Disconnect Inflator provides safe, efficient, and flexible inflation for high-altitude weather balloons. Designed for professional and hobbyist HAB missions, it allows for fast payload attachment and secure balloon inflation, while maintaining helium in the balloon for controlled launch.

Key Features:

• Nozzle Options: Choose between 3 cm and 5 cm nozzles.

  • 3 cm: Ideal for balloons 300–1,600 g.

  • 5 cm: Ideal for balloons 2,000 g and larger.

  • Both nozzles can be used interchangeably with the same inflator.

• Quick Disconnect: Allows for easier payload attachment, faster balloon capping, and can remain attached for the entire flight if desired.

• Hose Length Options: Available in 15 ft or 20 ft. longer hoses let the helium tank remain on the ground or at a safe distance from the launch site.

• Complete Kit Requirement: For full operation, order the inflator and the corresponding inflator neck(s). Multiple necks can be purchased to allow for interchangeability between balloon sizes.
