The Stainless Steel Parachute Reefing Ring is engineered to reduce the initial shock load when deploying larger rocket parachutes, improving safety and extending the life of your recovery system.

Key Features:

• Material: Made from 1/4″ thick 316 stainless steel, fully welded for strength and corrosion resistance.

• Dimensions: 1.5″ inside diameter, compatible with all Rocketman parachutes.

• Function: Used for reefing larger parachutes to slow the initial canopy inflation. Slide the ring up the shroud lines before launch. During deployment, the ring slides down gradually, absorbing shock and reducing stress on lines and attachment points.

• Recommendation: Not required for smaller parachutes but strongly recommended for larger canopies or high-power rocket deployments.
