Rocketman Parachutes Inc. – Warranty and Liability Statement

Rocketman Parachutes Inc. warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship. At our sole discretion, we may repair or replace any Rocketman product found to contain such defects for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.

This warranty does not cover:

  • snag or impact-related tears

  • heat or flame damage

  • cut, frayed, or abraded lines or fabric

  • customer modifications or alterations

  • discoloration

  • normal wear and degradation over time

If an issue arises with a Rocketman product, the item must be returned to us—at the customer’s expense—for inspection, analysis, and a repair estimate.

Rocketman Parachutes Inc. exercises reasonable care in the engineering, design, and manufacturing of all products, and every item is thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. However, because we cannot control how any product or information is used once delivered, Rocketman Parachutes Inc. does not warrant the performance, results, or suitability of the products or the information provided.

All products and information are provided “AS IS.” Except for the warranty outlined above, Rocketman Parachutes Inc. makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to:

  • merchantability,

  • fitness for a particular purpose,

  • or non-infringement of third-party rights.

Use of Rocketman products or implementation of Rocketman information is at the user’s own risk.

In no event shall Rocketman Parachutes Inc. be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or information, including (but not limited to):

  • loss or damage to property,

  • incidental or consequential damages,

  • or any claims made by third parties.

This limitation applies even if Rocketman Parachutes Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
