FireBird Recessed Charge Wells

The FireBird Recessed Charge Wells are a clean, compact, and professional solution for black powder ejection charges in high-power rockets. Designed to mount almost flush with the bulkhead, FireBird wells eliminate bulky external charge cups and exposed terminal blocks while keeping your recovery system neat and organized.

Each FireBird is precision-machined from heat-treated aluminum and finished with a protective anodized coating for corrosion resistance and added protection against e-match shorting. The recessed design allows the charge well to safely coexist partly inside the avionics bay while keeping the charge side clean and low profile.

FireBird wells are capped and sealed using common drinking-water bottle caps and include the hardware, sealing putty, and O-rings needed for installation. Available in multiple charge sizes, they are ideal for dual-deploy rockets, compact avionics bays, and builders who want a cleaner, more reliable ejection charge setup.
