Every since I was a young boy, I have been fascinated with anything that goes fast. Instead of bringing my math, or English books home from school to study I would stop at the local grocery store and pick up a copy of a Hot Rod Magazine, and I fanaticize what it would feel like, to speed across the Bonneville Salt Flats at over two hundred MPH..I was a Speed Freak then, and I am still a speed Freak, just like thousands of other Hot Rodders all around the world. For over 50 years the "SCTA" Southern California Timing Association hosts there annual Speed week event, at the Bonneville Salt Flats in Wendover, Utah. This year there where almost three hundred cars and drivers entered. Jodi and I where there with our camera to capture some of incredible cars and people that make this event such a success, I hope you enjoy these pictures as much as we did taking them.
